Shipping policy

We’ve partnered with a trusted network of leading courier services across the country to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

  • Processing & Delivery Time:
    As all our products are customized and made to order, the production process takes up to 5 days and shipping takes an additional 5–6 days.

  • International Shipping: A shipping charge of ₹2500 per kg applies to international orders.

  • If your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered, the entire amount, including any shipping charges, will be fully refunded.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD availability depends on whether your area’s PIN code is serviceable. If not, we request you to select an online payment method instead.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery, before opening the package.

  • If the package appears tampered with or already opened upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery.
