As all our products are custom-made and customizable, we follow a strict no exchange, no return, and no refund policy.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
We do not provide cash refunds, credit notes, or replacements.
Please ensure you review your order details (size, color, customization, etc.) carefully before placing it.

Each product goes through a strict quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product:

You must notify us within 36 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will review the case and provide a resolution.
